How Does It Work?
All the research suggests that 'instability training' is here to stay. It improves your strength, tone and shape, and a 10 minute session has the same effect that an hour of more physical exercise gives you.
This type of training was developed for astronauts so that they could maintain strength whilst in space. The machine creates an uneven surface which forces the muscles to respond in order to regain stability. By changing the speed you are forcing the muscles to face a new challenge every time.
The handles make it easy to do lunges and squats. Whatever exercise you do will be enhanced by the vibrations. This means that you only need to do a fraction of the exercises that you would do on a solid floor, to get the same effect.
By doing press-ups or the plank you will receive the whole benefit of a full body vibration workout. There are also 2 resistance bands to help with cardio and arm exercises.
Use the Crazy Fit vibration for just 10 minutes at a time and a maximum of 30 minutes a day. Short, regular sessions over a period of time will produce the best results.
