Pedal Exercise with Display (P.E.D)
This is advertised as a product for the over 60’s. It is a little unfair because most people over 60 are fit enough to use the most strenuous of cardio equipment. The P.E.D. is actually good for everybody.
It is a very small and very light machine that can be easily tucked away in a cupboard, a desk drawer or in the back of your car. All of us need some extra exercise and this little contraption can be anywhere and anytime. Use it for five minutes on a desk to tone your arm muscles. Use it in between sending emails so you are exercising more than just your fingers.
You can sit in your favourite chair at home and do some meaningful leg exercise. Pedal away for as long as you want and the P.E.D will help strengthen your leg muscles, tone you up and keep the blood circulating. It is so good for you to use this whilst seated at your desk. You need to keep the body moving which in turn helps the brain function.
Use it at home in front of the television. You are going to watch tv anyway, so use the pedal machine at the same time and you will become fitter and feel better.
